Zytel® 3D Filament (Zytel® 3D1000FL NC010)

DuPont™  Zytel® nylon resin has been an industry leader for more than 70 years, and continues to provide new materials and technical collaboration worldwide. Zytel® combines outstanding heat resistance with chemical- and hydrolysis-resistance.  Zytel® nylon materials are used by customers across several industries (automotive, electrical, electronics, furniture, sporting goods, oil and gas etc).

Hytrel® 3D Filaments (Hytrel® 3D4000FL NC010 and Hytrel® 3D4100FL NC010)

DuPont™ Hytrel® TPC-ET thermoplastic elastomer is a versatile copolyester.  Hytrel® combines the flexibility of rubber with the strength and processibility of thermoplastics.  It combines resilience, and heat and chemical resistance with strength and durability. Hytrel® thermoplastic materials are used by customers across several industries (automotive, electrical, electronics, furniture, sporting goods, oil and gas etc.).

Hytrel® 3D4000FL has 40D shore hardness

  • Excellent mechanical properties in all printing directions
  • Maintains flexibility after printing

Surlyn® 3D Filaments (Surlyn® 3D7000FL NC010)

DuPont™ Surlyn® ionomer materials combine outstanding clarity and low-temperature impact toughness with excellent chemical- and abrasion-resistance. Surlyn® materials are used by customers across several industries (packaging, cosmetics, sporting goods, footwear, consumer applications etc.).
