3D printer filament order questions

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you need to change your 3D printer filament, simply contact us at support@coexllc.com or 920-757-1055.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email update containing the shipment tracking details and estimated time of delivery for your orderPlease note that packages will be shipped Monday for orders received from 12:00 p.m. CST Friday and over the weekend.  

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Our filament is available directly online. For wholesale or bulk orders, please send an email to coex.sales@thevillage.bz or call us at 920-757-1055. 

Can I pick up an order at your facility?

Yes, local pick up is available at our Pulaski, WI manufacturing facility. Feel free to stop by during our normal business hours (Monday  Thursday, 8:30 a.m.  4:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) or call us at 920-757-1055 to make arrangements for a pickup outside these hours.
