Todd Louthain, Director of Sales

Todd joined the Coex team in 2020 and dove head-first into the position of heading up sales. In addition to sales, he has also taken on the responsibility of evaluating and deciding on new product offerings that will take Coex LLC further in to the future.  Todd has a degree in Marketing and Business Administration but really has a passion for creating and maintaining customer relationships and learning new things.  He also has a talent for examining how things work and what it takes to maximize production which has come from his 20+ years of working for The Village of Companies and in and around manufacturing environments.

Todd loves any opportunity to speak with our customers, suppliers, and delivery folks and makes it clear that *everyone* he meets is an opportunity for him to learn something new.  Outside of his Coex life, you can generally find him out in his workshop at home or riding his Harley-Davidson Street Glide with his wife Joy on the seat behind him.  He is a fun-loving, adventurous guy with a big smile and a big heart, always ready with an entertaining story or joke.

Wendy Nooyen, Sales/Customer Service Specialist

In mid-2019, Wendy joined the Coex team after working for another of The Village of Companies since 2007.  She is the piece of the puzzle that links our customers to our production team — taking customer questions, concerns, and suggestions and giving direct feedback to our whole team to constantly better our products and our entire line of filament offerings.  She knows our inventories like the back of her hand and can be found on the shop floor as often, if not more often, than at her office desk!

When Wendy’s not answering your calls or emails, she is spending time with her three kiddos — Caleb, Hailey, and Casey — or enjoying a local band in concert or at the race track taking in the speed and sounds.

Sheri Hartzheim, Office Manager

Sheri is our accountant and much more.  She brings business ownership and management skills to Coex from her past small business ownership experience.  Sheri manages our shipping, receiving, order processing, production scheduling, and website.  If you have any question at all about your order, she is the one to ask!

Sheri’s goal is to give our customers superb service from order intake, through production, to shipping and invoicing.  When she’s not updating our website and crunching numbers, she enjoys spending time with her daughter Nora, crocheting hats, playing ” the dancing usher” at Wisconsin Timber Rattlers games, and watching Brewers baseball.

A dedication to Ashten Saeger

Ashten Saeger was co-owner of Coex LLC before her unexpected passing in 2017.  She was a strong, caring, and compassionate leader who formed the backbone of this company in its infancy.  She took great pride in leading Coex by example, embodying the values upon which this company stands.  With her 1,000-watt smile, infectious laugh, and proclivity for empathy, Ashten had the natural ability to draw people to her as soon as she stepped into a room.  Her positive outlook and optimistic vision for Coex lives on in the members of our team.

She guides us every day – our “Ashten Angel.”

Our Village encompasses and owns a diverse group of various companies in three complementary competencies; manufacturing, innovation and community service. We are 515 employees strong centered around our common Core Values. Combining each of these market focuses allows us to have a very unique perspective and group of resources to develop innovative solutions, products and experiences that few others can even dream of offering. To that end, these are the four guiding principles we live by:
